Jennifer’s journey as a writer started with teaching herself how to songwrite at the age of 12. Poetry soon found her and allowed her another avenue to grow, release and create emotionally. After publishing her first book, My love, My words, she begin to share her work with others at small intimate gatherings such as coffee shops and libraries. Amid taking a break to deal with life her second book, Music Of A Bleeding Heart was created as a therapeutic outlet closing a significant chapter of her life. During the course of this time Jennifer developed a friendship with a fellow poet, which then turned into a business collaboration forming Words Unleashed Events, an independent platform for artists and small business owners to get exposure. Jennifer and poetry have a very special, sacred union and purpose in this world. Much like music, poetry saved her life.
